How much does an iPhone repair cost?
Pricing depends on your model and the repair. When a price has been approved it appears instantly in the repair selector; otherwise choose “Request a Quote” and a repair specialist will follow up. We never charge anything online.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Free pickup and delivery is available in select Long Island areas. Use the town or ZIP check to see if you’re covered. If you’re outside the area, contact us to confirm availability and any travel charge.
Is submitting an inquiry the same as booking an appointment?
No. An inquiry lets us review your device and repair. It becomes a confirmed appointment only after iMD Repairs approves it and confirms the details with you.
What warranty comes with a device repair?
Device repairs include our 30-Day Repair Warranty. Covers the repair performed by iMD Repairs for 30 days. Excludes any subsequent physical damage, including drops, cracks, bending, and liquid exposure. Subject to confirmed terms at the time of service.
Which iPhone models do you repair?
iPhone XR and newer, plus iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation). The newest and specialized models are available on request while we confirm parts and pricing.
Will my iPhone still be water resistant after a repair?
Opening any phone can affect its factory water resistance, so we can’t guarantee water resistance after a repair. We’ll be upfront with you about this before any work begins.
